Artist: John Ramsey Media: Watercolor, Pen & Ink John has been drawing since early childhood as an avocation (alongside careers as a scientist and chemistry teacher). Retirement and a move to Tucson have allowed time to study with The Drawing Studio of Tucson, the Art Institute at the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, with Tony Couch of the Georgia Watercolor Society, and with the Mountain Art Institute in Bend, Oregon. He is most interested at present in combining the precision of pen and ink drawing with the splendor or watercolor wash.
